The wait is over folks, Apple has just released <a href="http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=2627876102415381478" target="_blank" title="iOS 6">iOS 6</a> for all supported iOS devices. Apple <a href="http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=2627876102415381478" target="_blank" title="Download iOS 6 For iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPod Touch 4G And Apple TV">previewed iOS 6</a>
at WWDC 2012 earlier this and released beta builds for registered Apple
developers only. If you were one of those Apple developers then this
probably isn’t a big news for you but a lot of people who are not
registered Apple developers were deprived of iOS 6. The fruit company
has brought some significant changes in their mobile operating system.
iOS 6 packs more than <a href="http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=2627876102415381478" target="_blank">200 new features</a> which would give all iOS users a better experience on all supported devices.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
We will get in to the details of some important new features of iOS 6
in bit but first let’a talk about the compatibility. Following iOS
devices supports all new iOS 6:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgnzSSCHlsuwxgquhE9ygsRtX8kRWnjUVIiEkJ-3xzaFlrZYyW1hPqUQn9Dmm1_7V0CgQ2KrGZawPlAHId0qQWMZ9NnhX9BmgpC_sLW0LF9C4IhM3fz5JTl3PRVq8CXbj3HAeYsn4yHElk/s1600/overview_title.png" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgnzSSCHlsuwxgquhE9ygsRtX8kRWnjUVIiEkJ-3xzaFlrZYyW1hPqUQn9Dmm1_7V0CgQ2KrGZawPlAHId0qQWMZ9NnhX9BmgpC_sLW0LF9C4IhM3fz5JTl3PRVq8CXbj3HAeYsn4yHElk/s1600/overview_title.png" /></a></div>
<ul>
<li>iPhone 3GS</li>
<li>iPhone 4</li>
<li>iPhone 4S</li>
<li>iPhone 5 (ships with iOS 6)</li>
<li>iPhone Touch 4G</li>
<li>iPod touch 5 (ships with iOS 6)</li>
<li>iPad 2</li>
<li>iPad 3 aka the new iPad</li>
</ul>
iPad 1 is NOT supported for iOS 6 and personally I believe that it’s a
right decision by Apple to cut iPad 1 support because iOS 6 would’ve
made it sluggish and much slower which results in bad user experience. A
company like Apple would never compromise on
user experience. Surprisingly, the fruit company has decided to support
iPhone 3GS on iOS 6 but of course it would be a trimmed version of iOS
6.<br />
Some key new features include:<br />
<ul>
<li>All new Apple maps</li>
<li>Much advanced version of Siri (iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and iPad 3)</li>
<li>Improved iCloud integration</li>
<li>Better native Mail app</li>
<li>FaceTime over 3G and 4G LTE</li>
<li>Passbook app for collection discount coupons and boarding passes</li>
</ul>
<strong>How You Can Update To iOS 6:</strong><br />
Well the process is pretty much easy, if you’re already running iOS 5 then all you need to do is go to <em>Settings.app> General > Software </em>from here you can get an OTA update. For iPhone 4S this OTA update weighs around 626MB.<br />
<strong>Important Note For Jailbreakers and Ulockers:</strong><br />
If you’re a huge jailbreaking fan and you just cannot live without
then DO NOT update any iOS device to iOS 6 right now. The dev team is
working on a tethered jailbreak but it would only work for A4 and
previous iOS devices. There’s still no ETA on iOS 6 jailbreak so it’s
good that you stay wherever you are right now. If you rely on iPhone
unlock then don’t even think about updating your iPhone because you WILL
loose your unlock. If you’re currently running iOS 5.1.1 then we highly
recommend that you save your iOS 5.1.1 SHSH blobs and wait for an
update from the Dev Team.<br />

Despite Apple's silence, millions of its fans all around the globe now have a solid date to mark on their calendars for the highly expected release of the next generation iPhone, aka "iPhone 5." It's now widely believed that the flagship smartphone will be introduced September 12 and will be made available from the following Friday, September 21.<br />
<a name='more'></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZhcXnQV0GF8I2aEeVoBG-xdawZ_QWHvp0zSxKJyeyII8RXDvI7HjsuJTp3YXgniE2S2j6hWWXK8fkjs9UUdXtxk5LtdDye5EU59pAcaEmhoRgUMGgLoELXXV2a48TnkpkljbyGdRe1mY/s1600/iPhone5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="223" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZhcXnQV0GF8I2aEeVoBG-xdawZ_QWHvp0zSxKJyeyII8RXDvI7HjsuJTp3YXgniE2S2j6hWWXK8fkjs9UUdXtxk5LtdDye5EU59pAcaEmhoRgUMGgLoELXXV2a48TnkpkljbyGdRe1mY/s400/iPhone5.jpg" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
On Tuesday, this yet-to-be-made-official information got reiterated by a new report by TechCrunch, which said, citing "a trusted Verizon employee," that the U.S. carrier was going to have an all-staff vacation blackout starting from September 21 to September 30. The site claimed that the vacation blackout clearly indicated that the next iPhone would "almost certainly be available in stores" on the first day of the blackout.<br />
<br />
Last week, BGR came up with a report in which it cited "a trusted AT&T (T) source," saying that the carrier was planning to launch the sixth generation iPhone during the third or fourth week of September. That report was preceded by another report by Rene Ritchie of iMore, saying that the Cupertino tech giant was even expected to start taking pre-orders of the iPhone 5, "at least in the US," from Sept. 12.<br />
Now, it appears that both Verizon and AT&T are currently preparing for the release of the iPhone 5 or whatever Apple will finally choose to name it.<br />
<br />
According to TechCrunch, the rumored dates related to pre-orders and launch of the new iPhone seem to match with Apple's historical timeline of announcements. Last year, Apple announced iPhone 4S October 4 (Tuesday) and started taking pre-orders from October 7 (Friday). The device was made available in stores a week later, October 14 (Friday).</div>

It’s all over the news these days, a malware by the name of DNSChanger is scheduled to “go into effect” on Monday whereby infected computers would lose access to the Internet. It’s a scary thing to hear for sure, but there are ways to detect the malware and remove it.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
The story behind DNSChanger is actually pretty interesting. The malware is a variant of the famous Zlob Trojan; once it is installed on your computer, it goes into the Windows registry and changes the DNS name servers so that when you browse the internet, you are automatically re-routed to the culprit’s ad-ridden websites from which they earn money (the group of hackers made over $10 million from it).<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCV3P6OA2kYJzFwefI1pwKbYEO5MqNLSTG7rutUDl2A4ucrW_h-fnQ5GGROVDmguNunkmAWrMtuxGm2WhQD2_NVB3jZqTJTtzB0-1MHFIbJAK9sOwLWSTKV65vb4trm2ypRjAdcXwhZ6k/s1600/DNS-Charger.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="232" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCV3P6OA2kYJzFwefI1pwKbYEO5MqNLSTG7rutUDl2A4ucrW_h-fnQ5GGROVDmguNunkmAWrMtuxGm2WhQD2_NVB3jZqTJTtzB0-1MHFIbJAK9sOwLWSTKV65vb4trm2ypRjAdcXwhZ6k/s320/DNS-Charger.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
They were caught late last year by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the German <span style="color: blue; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;"><span class="kLink" style="background-color: transparent; border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 255); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;">Information </span><span class="kLink" style="background-color: transparent; border-bottom: 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 255); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;">Security</span></span> Agency. Their entire system of re-routing <span style="color: blue; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;"><span class="kLink" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;">Internet </span><span class="kLink" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;">traffic</span></span>
from infected PCs was adjusted so that traffic wouldn’t be re-routed.
Both agencies decided to let the system continue running as shutting it
down would mean potential hundreds of thousands of people without
Internet access (as traffic from infected systems went through their
system).<br />
Now, due to cost concerns, the system will be shut down on Monday.
What this means is if you are infected with the DNSChanger malware, you
will lose Internet access on your computer. That’s the bad news.<br />
<img alt="2012070712174516" border="0" height="175" src="http://cdn.redmondpie.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/2012070712174516.png" style="background-image: none; border-width: 0px; display: block; float: none; margin: 0px auto; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" title="2012070712174516" width="590" /><br />
<div align="center">
<i>I’m clean! Yay!</i></div>
The good news is that it is actually pretty easy to check if your computer <span style="color: blue; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;"><span class="kLink" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;">is </span><span class="kLink" style="font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit ! important; font-weight: inherit ! important; position: static;">infected</span></span> by DNSChanger or not. All it takes is a visit to <i>www.dns-ok.us</i><i>. </i>The website is maintained by the folks over at <i>DNSChanger Working Group (DCWG)</i> which was created to fight against the dangerous DNSChanger malware.<br />
If <i>dns-ok</i> shows up a red flag, you are suggested to go to McAfee’s <a href="http://www.siteadvisor.com/dns_checker.html?cid=109273#" target="_blank">DNSChanger Detection And Removal Tool</a>.
If it detects the presence of DNSChanger, it will help you remove any
changes the malware made when it installed itself on your computer.<br />
I sincerely hope you got a green flag from the above mentioned
websites. I would highly suggest sharing this post with your friends and
family so that they can continue browsing Facebook and enjoy LOLcat
images over on Reddit.</div>Hiruwaphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05992026584534861130noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2627876102415381478.post-47339248983046681272012-07-06T04:13:00.000-07:002012-07-06T04:13:38.032-07:00Wireless Charging System For your iPhone 4S / iPhone 4 / 3GS<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
Apple are already granted patent for the wireless charging design that permits the device to work with induction for the battery charging without connecting with USB cable.<br /><br />This will probably make the charging experience of iOS users very much convenient. You should be able to easily charge the iPhone, iPod or iPad tablet by placing it on the charging station.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br /><br />You will see this patented design named "Antenna Insert" here. The docking place charges your docked device with virtually no wired contact by way of inductive coupling. The technology would make sure devices of different shapes and forms could more quickly be charged by having a docking station as well as charging pad (image below).<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmEYFyaxVmYWql7BQBfKmn9cRtmS50WiD2hjP_3RwHnRqYbIrvQuOW7LY-cH8ecahFVtPBwaAKChk0G8cqT2gxZ9tS9AmFPL4I38oTGccdoIVrzntFJ8lcY0jqWKjbrNyE6AtyA8Vfwo0/s1600/Inductive-charging-iphone.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="245" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmEYFyaxVmYWql7BQBfKmn9cRtmS50WiD2hjP_3RwHnRqYbIrvQuOW7LY-cH8ecahFVtPBwaAKChk0G8cqT2gxZ9tS9AmFPL4I38oTGccdoIVrzntFJ8lcY0jqWKjbrNyE6AtyA8Vfwo0/s320/Inductive-charging-iphone.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
With all the new wireless docking station the corporation will take a new step forward towards a total wireless future. Apple has by now implemented WiFi Sync and iCloud where you could transfer and store backup copy all content without the means of cables. With inductive charging you'll need to keep the device towards the charging station and it will automatically charge the battery for the phone.<br />Wi-Fi Charging Technologies Already Available<br /><br />Companies like PowerMat as well as Energizer are already present on the market with easy to work with inductive charging alternatives for iPhone. With these chargers there isn't a hassle of connecting and disconnecting your cable. Whenever you have a call, just pick-up the device off the charging pad and simply answer your call. Place it back on the charging pad and yes it starts charging again.<br />Overcoming Technical Complications<br /><br />Critics say any time a mobile phone is connected to an inductive electrical power source, the electromagnetic disturbance will degrade the wireless reception for the device. But Apple has created a solution for this integrating a "Reradiating Antenna" in the dock, which couples while using antenna on your mobile device in order to prevent wireless reception from degrading. This innovative solution would boost both, voice as effectively as data alerts.</div>Hiruwaphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05992026584534861130noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2627876102415381478.post-35664923936444907392012-05-15T03:29:00.000-07:002012-05-15T03:29:12.469-07:00iOS 5.1.1 Untethered Jailbreak Won’t Work With iPod touch 3G And iPhone 3GS<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
Pod2G has just announced that his upcoming <strong>iOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak</strong>
won’t work on iPod touch 3G and iPhone 3GS. The announcement was made
in a Twitter update earlier today, later it was also posted on his blog.
iOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak is what the community is looking forward
to right now and the hacker has been actively working
on it from quite some time now.<br />
<a name='more'></a> We’ve told you before that testing is
most crucial product in any jailbreak release cycle and we’re going
through it right now in case of iOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGv8-sC_53zfEp7cwdaggxWijNNT5AdBaPBWBJ7D1-yhJUnFW4JZPvSTXe6O3ji6PS7eL7vHCbSVaJGjxIrF62RF3YTW-7oTNkA40HQgmy3UWuSKzve9lPDf3KkzNoX55rKkMhevJuLO8/s1600/Jailbreak-iOS-5.1.1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiGv8-sC_53zfEp7cwdaggxWijNNT5AdBaPBWBJ7D1-yhJUnFW4JZPvSTXe6O3ji6PS7eL7vHCbSVaJGjxIrF62RF3YTW-7oTNkA40HQgmy3UWuSKzve9lPDf3KkzNoX55rKkMhevJuLO8/s320/Jailbreak-iOS-5.1.1.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<blockquote>
As I already said on twitter, iPod 3G and iPhone 3GS won’t be compatible with the upcoming jailbreak.<br />
Next tests on my list :<br />
- iPhone 4S<br />
- iPad 2</blockquote>
Pod2G has confirmed that this jailbreak works on iPhone 4 and iPad 3. A video demo of iPad 3 iOS 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak
was also released by Pod2G just couple of days ago. He is now planning
to extend his testing process to two new devices — iPhone 4S and iPad
2. After testing of these two devices we’d be in a comfortable position
to say something about the release date of upcoming iOS 5.1.1 untethered
jailbreak.<br />
Earlier today Pod2G also posted some FAQs about upcoming iOS 5.1.x
untethered jailbreak which pretty much clears everything about this
jailbreak.<br />
<br /></div>Hiruwaphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05992026584534861130noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2627876102415381478.post-3616949299286398552012-04-20T12:55:00.000-07:002012-04-20T12:55:53.254-07:00How To Factory Unlock Your iPhone Without Losing Jailbreak<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
AT&T finally changed
their iPhone unlocking policies from April 8th and now they will unlock
your off-contracts iPhones. A lot of people have successfully <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD3">unlocked</span> their iPhones using this new service, we’ve already discussed a lot about how this service works and who is eligible <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">to apply</span>
for a factory unlock. Those who were successful in their unlock quest
had to restore their jailbroken iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS in order get
their iPhones unlocked because this procedure requires Apple’s
interference via iTunes and the mothership releases an unlock request
only when you connect a Deactivated iPhone to iTunes.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<img alt="" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-3609" height="312" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/att_logo.jpg" title="att_logo" width="540" /><br />
The procedure is pretty simple but you will loose your <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD5">untethered</span>
jailbreak during this process because you have to restre your iPhone
via iTunes on latest firmware which is iOS 5.1 and for now we just have a
tethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1. Most of iPhone users who rely on software unlocking <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD1">solution</span> like Ultrasn0w hacktivated their iPhones to bypass Apple’s authentication and unlock their devices. Luckily iPhone-Dev team have a solution for those of you who want to factory unlock their iPhones via AT&T and still want to keep their untethered
jailbreak. MuscleNerd, front man of iPhone-Dev team also confirmed this
via Twitter update moments ago. You can Deactivate your iPhone (if it’s
currently hacktivated and running Ultrasn0w) using <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD6">latest version</span> of <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD2">redsn0w</span>. Here’s how you can Deactivate your iPhone in order to unlock it while keeping your untethered jailbreak intact.<br />
<strong>Things you will need during this process: </strong><br />
<ul>
<li>Redsn0w o.9.10B6 (Download)</li>
</ul>
<em><strong>Step 1:</strong></em> Connect your iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS with computer and launch latest version of redsn0w 0.9.10b6 <img alt="" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-7686" height="526" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak.png" style="display: block;" title="unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak" width="433" /><br />
<em><strong>Step 2:</strong></em>Click on “Jailbreak” button, now you
will see your iPhone connected in a “Normal” state but before you
continue you need to put your iPhone in DFU mode, follow
the instructions on your screen to put your iPhone in DFU mode;<br />
<ul>
<li>Hold down both the <em>Home</em> button and the <em>Power</em> button for 10 seconds.</li>
<li>Release the <em>Power</em> button and continue holding the <em>Home</em> button until (approx 15-25 sec) your device’s screen turn black.</li>
</ul>
<img alt="" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-7687" height="527" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/unlock-without-loosing-1.png" style="display: block;" title="unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak" width="434" /><br />
<em><strong>Step 3:</strong></em> Sit tight! Redsn0w will now detect your build<br />
<img alt="" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-7688" height="129" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak-2.png" style="display: block;" title="unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak-2" width="456" /><br />
<em><strong>Step 4:</strong></em> After successful detection of your iPhone’s build redsn0w will give you some options, check “Deactivate” and un-check all other options<br />
<img alt="" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-7689" height="516" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak-3.png" style="display: block;" title="unlock-without-loosing-jailbreak-3" width="424" /><br />
<span style="color: red;"><strong>Important:</strong></span> Don’t forget to un-check Install Cydia option<br />
<em><strong>Step 5:</strong></em> After a complete redsn0w run your iPhone will be Deactivated or let’s say De hacktivated<br />
<em><strong>Step 6:</strong></em> Now eject your SIM try and turn off your iPhone<br />
<em><strong>Step 7:</strong></em> Turn on your iPhone and connect it with iTunes and insert your SIM try<br />
If everything goes well iTunes will give you an Unlock message.<br />
That was it folks, you can factory unlock your iPhones while keeping your untethered jailbreak intact.<br />
If you face any problem during this process feel free to bug us.<br />
We will keep you updated on this, stay tuned!</div>

A good news just when you need it, famous iOS developer and hacker
pod2g who is also a prominent member of Chronic Dev team has just
announced that he has all exploits required to jailbreak iOS 5.1
untethered. Apple released iOS 5.1 last month when they introduced third generation of iPad, iOS 5.1 was jailbroken
within 24 hours of it’s released but the jailbreak was limited to non
A5 devices only which means iPhone 4S, iPad 2 and all new iPad were not
supported. Currently we have a tethered jailbreak for iOS 5.1 which
means you have to connect your iOS device to computer and boot it in a
jailbroken state every time you reboot. <br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
The new iPad aka iPad 3 was also jailbroken
within 48 hours of it’s release with 3 different exploit by 3 different
teams. The iPad 3 jailbreak was not released publicly because it wasn’t
stable at that time. Pod2G also updated on iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak
progress couple weeks ago and mentioned that there are still a few
pieces which are missing in the jailbreak. In today’s update Pod2G has
claimed that Chronic Dev team now has all the exploits required to
jailbreak iOS 5.1 untethered. The announcement was made in
a Twitter update earlier today:<br />
<blockquote>
<i>News: we have all exploits required to do a new jailbreak. I’m working on bypassing ASLR at bootup.</i></blockquote>

is a good news for people who own iPad 3 aka the new iPad
because there is no public jailbreak available for iPad 3. However,
there are still couple of things which we don’t know about this
untethered jailbreak in progress. There is no official word from any
member of Chronic Dev team regarding supported devices but we assume
that this upcoming iOS 5.1 untethered jailbreak would work on ALL iOS
device including the new iPad.<br />
i0n1c also has an untethered iOS 5.1 jailbreak
exploit which he used to jailbreak his iPad 3 but he clearly mentioned
in his tweets that he won’t release it publicly. iPhone-Dev Team and
famous iOS hacker chpwn also demoed their iPad 3 jailbroken on latest
iOS 5.1. There is no word from either iPhone-Dev team or chpwn regarding
their iOS 5.1 unetethered jailbreak.<br />
As always there is no official release date available for these iOS
5.1 untethered jailbreaks but remember that it can take a lot of time.
Chronic Dev team released iOS 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak in three months
after they first demoed it on all iOS devices. So it’s possible that
this jailbreak can also take some time.</div>Hiruwaphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05992026584534861130noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2627876102415381478.post-87990001559032508162012-04-20T12:44:00.000-07:002012-04-20T12:48:41.901-07:00Redsn0w Gets A major Update With New Features, Download Redsn0w 0.9.10b7<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
iPhone-Dev team have updated their famous redsn0w jailbreaking tool to version <b>0.9.10b7</b>. This is a major <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD1">redsn0w</span> update which brings tons of new features specially for A5 jailbreakers. Yes, Redsn0w 0.9.10b7 now supports iPhone 4S and iPad 2 <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">untethered</span> jailbreak on iOS 5.0.1 (Finally!). Remember that iPhone-Dev team released CLi jailbreaking tool CInject to jailbreak iPhone 4S and iPad 2 but it was difficult for average an Joe to jailbreak using CInject.<br />
<a name='more'></a> A lot of people <img alt="" class="alignright size-full wp-image-1945" height="150" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/RedSn0w1.jpg" style="display: block;" title="RedSn0w1" width="150" />were looking forward to redsn0w update for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 jailbreak and we have it now.<br />
Redsn0w 0.9.10b7 can also <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD3">install</span> Corona 5.0.1 Untether if you’ve accidentally uninstalled it from Cydia. Custom IPSW building has also been updated a little, now redsn0w will automatically fetch SHSH blobs of your iOS device from Cydia servers and allow you to stitch them and create custom IPSW.<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
This definitely a good update for iPhone 3GS users because redsn0w now shows you <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD2">more details</span> about your iOS device. iPhone 3GS user won’t get confused regarding their bootrom version because redsn0w
will tell you whether your iPhone 3GS has an old bootrom or new
bootrom. This matters a lot for iPhone 3GS users because those with old
bootrom have a free untethered jailbreak pass for every iOS version. <img alt="" class="size-full wp-image-7968 aligncenter" height="529" src="http://cdn.howtoarena.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/redsn0-0.9.10b7.png" style="display: block;" title="redsn0w-0.9.10b7" width="438" /></div>
And now coming to one of the most amazing announcements by iPhone-Dev team, future version of redsn0w
will support iOS restoration. Yes, you won’t need iTunes when restoring
your iOS devices, this is one of those features which everyone is
waiting for.</div>Hiruwaphttp://www.blogger.com/profile/05992026584534861130noreply@blogger.com0
